Hahaha...I loved watching PowerPuff girls... That's Brat and Bubbles
Brat is the evil counterpart of Bubbles and hardly ever cries as opposed to Bubbles...she was supposed to be on the show, but since they ended it, they put the Powerpunks (the counter parts) in the comic. The title is called Deja View.
I know her miniskirt is shorter than that...but they're 5 years old..I couldn't bare to draw it that short...
